Our company was founded on sausage, and we make over 30 styles of the best sausage in Atlanta.

Fiercely committed to quality and old-world technique, we trim everything by hand, grind our own spices, and only use natural animal casings and real hardwood smoke. Our sausage menu spans the globe, with truly authentic versions of everything from Bavarian bratwurst and Louisiana andouille to smoked cheddarwurst and Taiwanese xiang chang.
