Our wholesale business started in 2011 by making small-batch sausage for local chefs who recognized this growing demand from their customers for high-quality product. Early adopters of the farm-to-table movement in Atlanta, we’ve worked with local producers since 2011 to bring their heritage-breed pork and rainbow trout to a wider market. We pride ourselves on creating delicious recipes that utilize the entire animal, including the less popular cuts that are harder for farmers and ranchers to sell at scale.
